And getting validation, feeling accepted, and understood helps! 😊Felt like sharing this quote which has been stuck on my mind for days: “The deeper that sorrow carves into your being, the more joy you can contain. Is not the cup that holds your wine the very cup that was burned in the potter's oven? And is not the lute that soothes your spirit, the very wood that was hollowed with knives? When you are joyous, look deep into your heart and you shall find it is only that which has given you sorrow that is giving you joy. When you are sorrowful look again in your heart, and you shall see that in truth you are weeping for that which has been your delight.” - Gibran Khalil Gibran

When I have emotions I need to process, I channel it by listening to music and let myself cry out, I let my body rock because that is "stimming" helps calm down the body (like when you shake your hand after getting burned) or letting your body move/cry. I take notes on the laptop (since it's faster) If I'm getting wisdom/downloads while I'm processing my feelings. It's basically me trying to make sense of:1. What is the feeling i'm feeling? Some people may struggle to identify what they are feeling because of Alexithymia so using a chart to map out your feelings helps, this is an example:
2. I try to get to the route(Cheerful/Tearful) of the feeling after I identify the general emotion (happy/sad/..).3. And most importantly being mindful of your thoughts helps you with managing unpleasant feelings, it's a concept i keep in mind from DBT (Dialectical behavioural therapy) that thoughts -> emotions -> behaviourHope this helps 🤗💖

I started with guided meditations since I didn’t know what to do. Sit, relax and listen. I found it’s only effective if done daily, sometimes multiple times a day. Once I was consistent the pain, fatigue inflammation and lack of mobility went away. No meds at all

I heal myself with herbs physically. Spiritually I go within and acknowledge the traumas and tell myself that it's programming and search for my truth that feels right for me

Getting that early red/orange sun makes me feel a but more clear. Breathing fully. The burden of negative thoughts kinda melts away. I got alot of work to do on the diet part of the healing. Very low energy.

I get outside and sit with my bare feet touching the ground. If it’s raining outside, I sit on the porch and breathe in the moist air. Mother Gaia provides healing energy. I also give Reiki to myself and the food and water that I take in.
