For a while now, I've been wanting to bring my spiritual collection together in one place - an altar of sorts - and was searching for the perfect spot. I've also been feeling guilty for spending so much time at my computer but, between my businesses and studies, I feel like there really isn't an alternative. And that's when I realized I could combine the two! First, I removed stuff that wasn't essential for work - which turned out to be everything except the computer tower, the monitor, and the printer. Then I tied up the cords, bought a six-pack of shelves from Walmart for $15, and lovingly arranged my books, journals, lights, crystals, candles, incense, and oils all around me. I absolutely adore my new space and am preparing to do a cleansing and dedication.
